Discharge Supplies

Discharge is the process of chemically removing color from dyed fabric.  Not all dyes will discharge.  Use acid gas cartridges in a respirator with all of the discharge chemicals.  Rubber gloves, safety goggles, apron,
and mask are all recommended.

Thiox Thiourea Dioxide is a safe product to use for discharge printing and color stripping on cellulose fibers.
Anti-Chlor  Cotton Rayon and linen are very sensitive to chlorine bleach making the Anti-Chlor bath very important, so the fabric does not disintegrate over time.
